We, at Oak Financial Group, Inc., like all financial services companies, are required to tell clients how nonpublic personal information is handled.

Rest assured that we do not and will not sell or otherwise share nonpublic personal information about you unless you authorize it.

At Oak Financial Group, Inc., protecting your privacy is very important to us. We want you to understand what information we collect and how we use it.

We collect "nonpublic personal information" in order to provide you (our clients) with a broad range of financial services as professionally, effectively, and conveniently as possible. We treat this nonpublic personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Categories of nonpublic personal information Oak will collect, and are obtained solely through client/s, is information such as their social security number, date of birth, address, as well as existing financial institution account numbers.

To help you better understand how your personal information is protected at Oak, we are providing you with the following statement describing our practices and policies with respect to the privacy of customer/client information. In the event you terminate your client relationship with us, or become an inactive client, we will continue to adhere to the policies and practices described in this disclosure or any future amendments to this disclosure.

What Information We Collect and From Whom We Collect It
You provide us with most of the information we need to perform our financial services. We collect nonpublic information about you from information we received from you on applications or other forms, and from information we maintain about your transactions with us.

What Information We Disclose and To Whom We Disclose It
Because privacy is a priority to us, we will not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to anyone without your consent. Upon client consent, we will disclose client information to their individual professional affiliates, such as their attorney, accounting firm, insurance agent, and/or other financial institution/s where some or all of their assets may be held prior to, at the time of, or during client's relationship with Oak.

Although the law permits us to provide nonpublic personal information about you to certain outside parties without your consent (e.g., persons or companies that perform services on our behalf), we currently do not do so, with the only exception of the financial institution/s where your assets are held. Oak will never disclose a client's account numbers to a non-affiliated third party for use in telemarketing, direct mail marketing or other marketing through electronic mail. You should also know that we are required by law to respond to a subpoena, court order, judicial process or regulatory authority requesting information.

How We Protect Information
We treat information in a confidential manner. We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to our employees. All employees are trained and required to safeguard such information, and required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

We further physically safeguard your nonpublic personal information by means of password protection on computerized data and locked physical files.
